Shipping policy

Due to new government regulations, there are changes in the way that our packages are being delivered:

• All Australian deliveries are currently considered to be "authority to leave" if you are not home. The delivery drivers may ring your doorbell but will maintain a safe distance of approximately 2m from the front door and will not request a physical signature on handover.

• To make this process easier, please ensure that access to your property is available and that you have a safe spot to leave your parcels. If a safe space cannot be found, the driver will return your parcel to the local post office for collection. After 2 failed attempts at delivery, your parcel will be returned to sender (that's us!)

• If your parcel is returned to us, we will require postage to be paid again to redeliver. Photos are taken by delivery drivers as proof of delivery/attempted delivery.

If you have special delivery instructions you can enter them in the notes section on check out and we can pass them on to Australia Post or Sendle, but we cannot guarantee they will be followed.

We dispatch orders within 1-3 business days from receipt of order, this may vary during sale times. Delivery can take approximately 1-2 weeks depending on your location (metro/regional and country etc). If there is a delay beyond our standard dispatch time, you will be notified via email.

If you are worried about your order, please feel free to contact us at info@shantiyatra.com.au, but be aware that current delivery times within Australia can take up to 14+ days Australia-wide. International delivery times can take several weeks, depending on your location.

DELIVERY COSTS

Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $12 shipping within Australia. We offer free shipping for standard deliveries for orders over $50 Australia-wide. We reserve the right to review and change shipping costs at any time. Any changes will be updated within this policy immediately. Please contact us for international shipping costs.

DELIVERY METHODS

For customers in Australia and New Zealand:

We use Sendle courier service or Australia Post (depending on the order). Tracking numbers are provided to you via email, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that your email is regularly checked, including your junk mail. We use an automated delivery system, so please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order as Shanti Yatra is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels.

For all other international customers:

We use Australia Post, FEDEX or TNT. Tracking numbers are provided to you via email, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that your email is regularly checked, including your junk mail. We use an automated delivery system, so please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order as Shanti Yatra is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels.
